Junior forward Kameron Dunnican has left the Georgia Southern University men’s basketball team and plans to transfer to another school.

“Kameron has requested and will be granted a release from his scholarship,” GSU head coach Mark Byington said in a news release. “We wish him the best in his future endeavors. He was a great person to have in the locker room and leaves the school in good academic standing.”

Dunnican layed in six games this season and averaged 2.3 points and 8.2 minutes per game.
