North Carolina State University shut out the Georgia Southern University women’s soccer team tonight 4-0.

“It’s a harsh result. I thought we were excellent in midfield, we looked really good in possession. The score line flatters NC State, but to their credit the kept us off the board, and finished their chances,” head coach Brian Dunleavy said.

GSU was not able to get on the board despite leading in corner kicks 5-4.

The Eagles look to end their losing streak Sunday at 2 p.m. against High Point University.
