Today, Georgia Southern University is turning out to create shining stars to celebrate homecoming week.
The theme this year, A Hollywood Southern Walk of Fame, is modeled after an awards ceremony like the Oscars or Golden Globes. Just like theses star studded events, Southern is now creating their own “walk among the stars.” Ray (left) and Ashleigh (right) are shown here making their stars, which will be on display near the Russell Union Rotunda throughout the week.
The University Programming Board, which is responsible for most of the events that will be happening over the week leading up to the big game versus Idaho State this Saturday, encourages all Eagles to come out and show their spirit by making a star.
