The Georgia Southern Hospitality Club and The Humane Society are promoting a stand up comedy show taking place this Friday, November 7.

Three local comedians will be performing and there will be a cash bar as well. Longhorn, Ocean Galley and Panera Bread will be catering the event and there will also be a 50/50 raffle drawing.

“You buy one ticket and then if they call your number at the end of the night when they’re giving it away, you get half of [the prize] and [The Humane Society] get the other half,” Nick Bramlett, Georgia Southern Hospitality Club representative, said.

The event will take place in the Russell Union Ballroom at 7 p.m. (doors open at 6 p.m.) and tickets are $20. Tickets may be purchased at the door, by phone 912-681-9393 or by email at hssbcstatesboro@gmail.com.
