The Girl Scouts are out at the Russell Union Rotunda today until 2 p.m. selling their famous, delicious cookies! Girl Scouts sell their cookies starting Feb. 13th until March 7th, other troops will be out during this week to sell their cookies as well.

Kappa Delta is hosting the Girl Scouts this week as it is their national philanthropy. They’re supervising how much the girls sell, as the troop does most of the work.

Troop 30776 is a Bulloch County troop that holds girls from elementary schools across Statesboro, Georgia. Troop 30776 is specifically 2nd year Brownies, which means they earn Brownie Leadership Journey Awards and National Proficiency Badges.

The troop uses money raised from cookie sells for field trips and this year, the troop plans on going to the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. Since this specific troop is a ‘super seller troop,’ they earn .65 cents per box. The rest of the money goes back to the baker who made the cookies and to the Girl Scout council.

They have all of your favorite flavor cookies for sell! Each box is $4.
