o   Savannah Fashion Advocate Award presentation to Savannah Mayor Edna B. Jackson (public welcome)

10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

o   Diane von Furstenberg Trunk Show

o   BleuBelle Boutique, 5500 Abercorn Street

o   A presentation of the brand new summer collection from Diane von Furstenberg.

12 p.m. – 6 p.m.

o   UNO DE 50 Jewelry Trunk Show

o   Zia, 325 West Broughton Street

o  An introduction to the store’s newest jewelry brand addition – UNO DE 50 – hot off the design floor in Spain.

3 p.m. – 8 p.m.

o   Design-Your-Own Workshop

o   Satchel, 311 West Broughton Street

o   A hands-on workshop with customers designing their leather clutch, cuff, koozie or keychain and having it crafted on the spot.

Tuesday, April 29

o   Modern Bronze Trunk Show

o   Custard Boutique, 422 Whitaker Street

o   A trunk show of one-of-a-kind, hand-made jewelry, from earrings and necklaces to bracelets and rings, featuring hand-hammered details, unique stones, gold and silver from Custard Boutique and Modern Bronze, Southern jewelry makers from Franklin, TN.

10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

o   L *Space Trunk Show

o   James Gunn, 8413 Ferguson Avenue, Sandfly

o   A preview of a new swim collection – just in time for summer.

12 p.m – 6 p.m.

o   American Girl Trunk Show

o   Sara Jane Children’s Boutique, 202 East 37th Street

o   A fun afternoon for girls and their dolls, with pint-sized fashions for dolls and matching outfits for girls.  Refreshments and treats will be served.

12 p.m. – 8 p.m.

o   Beach Bash!

o   Truck 13, 414 Whitaker Street

o A chance to indulge beach fever with a collection of the latest resort wear, beach bags and summer essentials.

1 p.m. – 7 p.m.

o   Mamie Ruth and MLiz Trunk Show

o   Mamie Ruth Studio, 20 West Taylor Street

o   A trunk show where customers will be invited to create their own headband and jewelry bar.

Wednesday, April 30

6 p.m.

o   Savannah Fashion Week Feature Film,

o   Jepson Center of the Arts, 207 West York Street

o   A screening of “Mademoiselle C,” a documentary about Carine Roitfeld who ran French Vogue for 10 years and earned a reputation as one of fashion’s most influential movers.  The film chronicles Carine’s launch of her new magazine “CR Fashion Book” and gives a rare inside glimpse at the inner workings of Roitfeld’s professional world filled with the models, celebrities, and eccentric personalities that make the fashion world so entertaining.  Time Out New York said, “For fashion junkies, ‘Mademoiselle C’ is like five September issues of Vogue all rolled into one.”

o   Tickets $10 at door, $5 with student i.d.

 

Thursday, May 1

7 p.m.

o   Savannah Fashion Week Runway Show

o   Forsyth Park

o   The highlight of Savannah Fashion Week, this year’s runway show features the area’s best local retailers and, for the first time, collections from Savannah’s most exciting independent designers.

o   Tickets start at $50 and are still available on www.savannahfashionweek.org.

Friday, May 2

12 p.m. – 7 p.m.

o   Savannah Fashion Week Pop-Up Shop presented by The B Street District

o   201 West Broughton Street (corner of Broughton and Bull)

o   A one-time-only opportunity to shop the looks presented on the SFW runway by the official retailers and independent designers of Savannah Fashion Week.

o   $5 donation at the door goes to Savannah Style Fund.

Saturday, May 3

10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

o   Faith Thornburg Trunk Show

o   Ivory and Beau, 2302 Abercorn Street, #1B

o   A show of the bridal collection from Faith Thornburg.

10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

o   Mix Julep Trunk Show

o   5500 Abercorn Street

o   Shop the spring and summer collections from local Savannah designer, Kathryn Hayes.
