Many people set their new year’s resolution to go to the gym more often. Whether that be to build some muscle, lose weight or simply looking for a fun way to exercise, the R.A.C has a variety of ways to make your new year’s resolution come true.
Classes are open to all GSU students, faculty, and staff. There are classes everyday ranging from times as early as 6:30am to as late as 7:30pm. There are over 15 different classes to choose from. There is an option to pay a fee to have access to additional classes and to a personal trainer if interested.
“Specifically focusing on fitness, other opportunities that are beneficial for students include learning, taking your workout to the next level with a personal trainer, or obtaining your fitness goals while participating in a community atmosphere through Small Group Training (SGT),” said Jonathan Rivera, assistant director of fitness.
