Trevor Wright

This Thursday, October 12, from 7-9 p.m., The Multicultural Student Center and Gay-Straight Alliance are putting on their annual Pride Prom event.

Pride Prom is a response to students who may have been unable to express themselves at their high school proms. The goal is to empower anyone that feels part of the sexual minority, by allowing them to express themselves for who they are in the absence of judgment.

The Pride Prom will be held in the Russell Union Ballroom, and it is free and open to the public. For any additional information, the Multicultural Student Center may be contacted at (912) 478-5409.
