Rapper Offset Denied Bond for a Third Time
October 28, 2015
Kiari Cephus, better known as “Offset,” of the popular rap group Migos, has been denied bond for a third time by Bulloch County Superior Court Judge John R. Turner.
Other members of the Migos, Kirshnick Khari Ball, “Takeoff”, and Quavious Keyatz Marshall “Quavo” were released after the April Spring Bling Concert at Georgia Southern, involving marijuana.
The guns found at the concert belonged to Offset, causing his jail time to be extended. His time was extended again due to an altercation while in jail May 2, where there was jailhouse footage. After reviewing the jailhouse footage, Judge Turner then made his decision for a denial of bond.
Cepheus attorneys had asked for bond on October 9th and prior in June and May.
