Statesboro High School is going to be hosting Up with People on August 28^th at 7p.m. This is a worldwide touring event that’s been happening for 50 years.

Up with People has been the foundation for American Idol and the Disney Channel movie High School Musical, entertaining audiences with their high energy, high spirited performances.

When they come to Statesboro High School, they will have a brand new show entitled The Journey, which will showcase their journey from 1965 until now. The audience can expect featured soloists, a diverse cast, and exceptional choreography.

In addition to performing this show, Up with People will also be volunteering in the Statesboro community, living with Statesboro families, and interacting with Statesboro youth.

Tickets are only $15 for adults and $10 for students, children and seniors. All tickets can be purchased at The Averitt Center on Georgia Southern’s campus.
