The Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD) association brings awareness to people that have anorexia nervosa, bulimia and other eating disorders as well as body image.
The ladies of Delta Phi Epsilon have teamed up with ANAD to bring awareness to Georgia Southern University students and faculty.
“Our theme for this year is ‘think pretty, feel pretty, be pretty,'” Delta Phi Epsilon philanthropy chair Sarah Thompson said.
Each day Delta Phi Epsilon will be at the Rotunda from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
– Scale smashing at the Rotunda
-Zumba in the Russell Union Ballroom from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m.
-“Trash Your Insecurities” at the Rotunda (write down your insecurity and throw it away)
-Fashion show from 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. in the Russell Union Ballroom
-“I’m better than Barbie” sheet signing at the Rotunda.
-Big Show’s fundraiser at the location off Lanier from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
-Candlelight vigil from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. honoring anyone who has lost their lives or are dealing with eating disorders.
