This Sunday, the 2014 MTV Movie awards were aired live from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles and consisted of a record breaking 50 celebrity appearances in Conan’s introduction video alone.

The night went on to reveal a shirtless Zac Efron, Conan O’Brien displaying a pixelated penis pic, a video montage of Mark Wahlberg’s career and a touching tribute to Paul Walker.

Rihanna and Eminem gave a phenomenal performance of their hit, “The Monster,” and Lupita Nyong’o brought her new pop of bright fashion to the show.

Josh Hutcherson took home the golden popcorn for best male performance as well as the award for Movie of the Year.

Johnny Depp made an appearance to end the show and present the Hunger Games cast with the biggest award of the night.

Although the Hunger Games swept the show taking home Best Movie, Leading Male, and Jennifer Lawrence for Best Lead Female, Katniss did not take the prize for best character. It went to other female power house character, Tris Prior played by Shailene Woodley.

A few other winners were Jonah Hill for best comedic performance in The Wolf of Wall Street and Mila Kunis for best villain in Oz: The Great and Powerful.

And after winning the award for best fight in The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug, Orlando Bloom challenged fellow nominee, Will Ferrell’s character Ron Burgundy to a fight against his beloved elf character, Legolas.

The night was full of celebrity appearances, casual fashion, and good natured humor between stars. The even mixture of music, comedy bits, profanity, and heartwarming video montages made for a great show.
