PaulFranklin Smith, 19, Statesboro, Ga., was arrested and charged with Possession of Alcohol –Under 21 Years of Age and Possession of Marijuana – misdemeanor.1:25 a.m.: Officers assisted the Statesboro Police Department with an incident at CampusCrossings apartments.
