Not only are dogs a man’s best friend, but a man’s best worker, too. Service animals help millions of people around the globe, and Puppy Club aims to assist anyone raising one of these service animals.
The club partners with Dogs Inc., an organization that raises service animals and assists the community at no charge.
Puppy club hopes to encourage students to raise service animals, or assist raisers in any way they can; furthermore, the club hosts many fundraisers with Dogs Inc. to assist in their fundraising efforts.
Puppy Club is currently raising Beau, a golden labrador retriever, who will soon be leaving for Florida to complete his official service animal training.
On October 26, Puppy Club will be attending the Old Farm Day Fall Festival from 10 AM to 1 PM, where they’re hoping to advertise Puppy Club to those outside Georgia Southern.
