Another day, another Broke Student Special…This week? Buffalo Chicken Sliders, the ultimate party food, quick meal, craving and munchie. Let me tell you guys, I LOVE these sliders, they are absolutely fantastic, so easy to make and so quick. So, let’s just dive into it!
First things first, the ingredients and prices:
- 1 container of Publix Buffalo Chicken dip: $7.41
- 12 pack of King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls: $4.68
- Quarter stick of butter: $2.54/2 full sticks
- Garlic and Herb Seasoning: $4.98
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese: $1.97
Next up, directions:
- Cut the 12-pack of Hawaiian rolls in half so that there is a top bun and bottom bun for each slider.
- Evenly spread the buffalo chicken dip on top of the bottom buns so that you’ll have an even layer for all of your sliders.
- Top your buffalo dip with a thick layer of shredded cheese (pretty harshly according to Joey) then place the top buns on top of your sliders.
- Melt a quarter of a stick of butter in the microwave and stir in some garlic and herb seasoning, then brush onto the top buns, and sprinkle some cheese on top of that.
- Put your sliders in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
- After your sliders are done, brush on some more butter to the top bun and call it a night!
Y’all, when I said these were easy, I really meant they were easy, and they are SO good too. As always, if you don’t want to take Joey and I’s word for it though, take someone else’s! According to a couple of anonymous sources that we interviewed they said “these seriously taste as good as they look, if not better” and “They were so (with an elongated ‘o’) good, absolutely delicious.”
So, that’s that, on a scale from 1-10, these got an 8. Fantastic. Until next time, and let me know if you have any suggestions for future food!
