- The Pirate Pantry had some pretty flexible hours for students in the past, but that seems to not be the case with the brand new GusMart.
- GusMart is not open on weekends. It is open from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday while the Galley hours were extended. This is how it is constructed on the Statesboro campus, so the entire flagship operates under the same schedule.
- This poses an issue for some students with later classes because they now do not have the luxury of getting a late night snack while studying or heading back to their dorm. They have to go to the Galley for late night food, but to-go boxes are no longer offered either.
- To note, GusMart is looking to hire student employees as well so if you are looking for work, you have opportunities right on campus waiting for you.
