Tyler Bass, the redshirt-junior kicker for Georgia Southern was named to the Second-Team of the Chris Sailer Kicking College Football All-American list.

Bass finished just behind LSU’s kicker, Cole Tracy, and ahead of UGA’s kicker, Rodrigo Blankenship, who finished on the Fifth team.

Bass was nearly perfect in 2018, going 45-for-45 on extra point attempts as well as 19-for-21 on field goal attempts, including the 40-yard game winner against Eastern Michigan in the Raycom Media Camelia Bowl.

Bass joins a host of GS players to be honored for their success 2018 season.
