On Wednesday at 2:18 p.m. a Presidential Alert test was sent out using Wireless Emergency Alerts. The alerts will allow President Donald Trump with the capability to address the nation during a national emergency. The alert would be issued at the direction of the President and/or his/her designee, and activated by FEMA.
