Georgia Southern University (GSU) released updated COVID-19 case numbers on Mon., Sept. 20. The university has seen a slight decrease in cases from the previous week, between Sept. 20 and Sept. 26.

The university confirmed one case compared to four university confirmed cases the week before.

The self-reported cases dropped to 18 cases from the 27 the week prior. Six of the 19 total cases were on the Armstrong campus compared to seven out of the 31 total cases the week before .
