The cannon, an M119 Howitzer, will be fired when the team takes the field and after every GS touchdown, Bryan Johnston, associate athletics director for public relations and communications for GS said. The cannon was tested this morning in Paulson Stadium to ensure that the decibel levels of the cannon were safe, Johnston said.
