Today, the women of Alpha Sigma Tau held a bake sale outside the Galley in the student union.

Although Alpha Sigma Tau’s official philanthropy is the Women’s Wellness Initiative, the bake sale was held for another cause.

The bake sale was held as a fundraiser for Melissa Pickering, mom of Alpha Sigma Tau’s Jaelyn Pickering, diagnosed with breast cancer.

The bake sale included cookies, brownies, Hugs, and donuts and ran until 1 pm. The fundraiser produced an excellent turnout for the chapter, and Armstrong students could grab a sweet treat and support a great cause.
