ASA’s Afrobeat dance class happened on April 19th at the RAC. It was one of their many events during ASA Week.

K.C. was the dance instructor of the class. She also created the dance that she taught the participants.

The song that the participants learned a dance to was Dodo by Tayc

Everyone was very engaged and opened to learning new things. The environment felt free and comfortable.

K.C. stated, ” The overall vibes was fun, full energy, and just good vibes all around. No judgement”.

K.C. also stated, “This was beautiful to see people try something they usually wouldn’t or said they couldn’t. I showed them they can do anything they want to”.

K.C. hopes to host more dance classes in the future as well.
