Georgia Southern’s baseball team finished up fall exhibition competition with the Fall World Series this past week. 

The Fall World Series is when the baseball team splits up into two teams and battle it out. It was the Blue team versus the White Team. The Blue team swept the White during the exhibition games. 

The 2023 spring baseball season will begin in February for the Eagles. 

The Georgia Southern Football Team was on a bye this week. The Eagles currently have a 5-3 record after winning their last two games against James Madison and Old Dominion. 

The Eagles’ offense is currently ranked 10th in the country in terms of total yards gained on the season. 

Eagles Football returns this Saturday when they host the South Alabama Tigers at Paulson Stadium. The game is scheduled to kick off at 4 p.m.

Georgia Southern’s Women’s soccer team are the Sun Belt Conference regular season champions for the first time in program history. The Eagles finished with a 7-1-2 record in the Sun Belt. 

The Eagles are traveling up to Foley, Alabama for the Sun Belt Conference Championships.
