Technology, Entertainment, Design, also known as TED, a non-profit organization platform that is dedicated to sharing and spreading ideas, will be hosted live at the Armstrong Fine Arts Auditorium.

The event will take place on May 25, 2023.

The TED organization strives to combine deep discussion and connection through its videos and live speakers at its events.

Each year, the organization has a new theme that the organization team votes on.

“We are all volunteers for TED, which is a non-profit organization, to spread the Idea for that year’s theme,” said Karla Jennings, a member of the organizing team and a communications professor at Georgia Southern.

This year, 115 individuals applied to be a speaker, and the top 15 were selected. Some of the guest speakers are Meredith Stone, Amy Capello, Trelani Michelle and many more.

Meredith Stone is a design associate for Gunn Meyerhoff Shay and a real estate advisor, Amy Capello is a Certified Life Coach and owner of Pure Joy Life Coaching and Trelani Michelle is an Oral Historian, Teaching Artist and the author of Krak Teet.

General admissions are currently on sale for $50. Discounted Tickets prices are on sale for $40 and available for students, educators and nonprofits. VIP tickets are on sale for $75, including priority seating and a VIP badge. and
