The Georgia Southern University Theatre Department will put on House of Yes Feb. 21 through Feb. 28.

House of Yes follows the story of college student Marty Pascal who brings his new fiancée home during a Thanksgiving hurricane, much to the displeasure of his mentally unbalanced and possessive twin sister “Jackie”.

Theater Professor Katheryn Newell will be directing the play and said that the audience can expect to feel like they are peeking inside a wonderfully witty and dysfunctional secret world.

“Imagine your worst case scenario family gathering, multiply it by 100, and add sex, violence, and The Kennedys,” Newell said. “It helps to be working with a funny and talented team that treats each other like family. The cast and creative team have been incredibly focused, committed, and enthusiastic about this project.”

All performance will be at 7:30 p.m in the Black Box Theatre located in the Center for Art and Theatre, except Sunday’s performance which will be at 2:00 p.m.

Tickets are $6 for students and $12 for non-students and the public.
