Spring and summer are just around the bend, and it’s definitely heating up here in Statesboro. One of a woman’s favorite ways to take the extra heat off her neck is to cut her hair short. You may be thinking, ‘but how short is short?’ Here’s the answer for you! Anything under a LOB (a long bob) counts as a short hairstyle. However many women with shorter hair think that a LOB is still a long hairstyle because it’s just past the shoulders, but that opinion is yours to hold.

Kim Kardashian rocks a blonde LOB, but this is where your opinion comes in: does this count as a short hair style? It’s shoulder length so it’s up for you to decide. Sarah Paulson’s chin length straight-cut bob looks edgy when slicked back, but looks flirty when curly. This is great if you have more than one curl pattern or your hair is slightly wavy. In comparison, Charlize Theron has the perfect inverted triangle face, and her Ellen-style hair cut makes her high cheekbones stand out perfectly. This makes her face the star of the show as opposed to her hair.

Beyoncé pulls off a curly chin length bob. This style is great for all the curly-haired sisters out there. Perhaps this will be a more manageable haircut for those with texture in their hair. This could be amazing for the woman with curly hair that doesn’t want to spend too much on conditioner.
