A 35-year-old sex offender claims that Taylor Swift stole his life story for her latest album, 1989.

Jose Hilario allegedly met Swift through email in 2008, where she said she was lonely and wanted someone to talk to on Skype.

Swift had recently turned 18 and days after their first “face-to-face” meeting, Hilario was arrested by the FBI for possessing child pornography and is currently serving a ten year sentence.

Hilario claims that she offered to help with his financial troubles and write and sings songs about him.

As a settlement for using his life story, Hilario wants $100 million; And to meet Miley Cyrus.
