The Georgia Southern University volleyball team hit .351 as they defeated The Citadel 3-0 for the 30th time in school history.

The Citadel had yet to defeat the Eagles in the 30 times the two have played.

Junior outside hitter Jamie DeRatt totaled 14 kills and 11 digs in the contest.

GSU will take on Furman University at home Friday at 6 p.m.
