Kindle Vildor took another step on his path to the NFL by accepting an invitation to the 2020 Reese’s Senior Bowl Wednesday.

The Senior Bowl is a showcase for senior college football players and NFL draft prospects. It will take place in Mobile, Alabama Jan. 25 at 2:30 p.m.

“It’s just a real blessing to be nominated for something this big,” Vildor said in a twitter video. “Just to be able to showcase my talents against some of the top players across the country is well and everything, it’s truly an honor to be invited to this all-star game.”

Through eight games in 2019, Vildor has 16 tackles, three pass breakups and an interception. He was named to the preseason first team All-Sun Belt.

He is the first Eagle to play in the Senior Bowl since Ukeme Eligwe in 2017.
