Georgia Southern football has won its past four games with victories over South Alabama, Coastal Carolina, New Mexico State and most recently App State.

With these last four wins, their record currently stands at 5-3 (3-1 in the Sun Belt) and they are just one win away from being bowl eligible.

The National Media has projected Georgia Southern to make bowl games since they are now one win away from being bowl-eligible.
