Police are searching for suspects of Monday’s armed robbery at Campus Crossings.

At almost midnight, two masked suspects robbed a Jimmy John’s delivery driver at gunpoint, according to a press release from Statesboro Police Department.

One suspect was armed with a handgun and the other with a shotgun. After demanding the driver’s money and cell phone, the suspects fled on foot.

Although this incident occurred off-campus, University Police urges students to use caution and report any suspicious activity or useful information to the Statesboro Police Department, the Dean of Students wrote in a Campus Alert email.

This robbery is still under investigation by the Statesboro Police Department, and anyone with information regarding this case is urged to notify investigators.
