Georgia Southern University sophomore fullback Dominique Swope reached a season-high and was named Offensive Player of the Week by the Southern Conference on today.

Swope carried the ball 25 times in the 17-19 GSU win over Wofford College on Saturday. He rushed a season-high 137 yards and scored GSU’s only two touchdowns of the game.

Swope also rushed over 100 yards for the eighth time this season, which aided in extending his rushing touchdown streak to seven-straight games.
