STATESBORO — The master’s program at Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health was ranked the number one program for getting a master’s in public health in the country.

The survey was taken by graduateprograms.com, which has taken data from 60,000 students from 195 different accredited college programs around the country, according to their website. The ranking was based off student reviews.  At least five students from each particular degree program must have submitted feedback on their institution, and student rating values were multiplied by 20 to create a Student Score out of 100.

GS beat out Brown University, Emory University and the University of Michigan with a score of 90.53 out of 100. The full list of the top 13 schools can be found here.
