Parker College of Business is holding a celebration this Friday in honor of their recent name change. 

The college was renamed back in November to honor Greg Parker, CEO of the Parker’s Company, and his $5 million donation. This is the largest gift to GS in university history according to Kate Channell, director of marketing and media for the Parker College of Business.

The celebration will be akin to a groundbreaking event and over 450 people have been invited to attend it this Friday.

“We’re expecting a lot of visitors to campus to recognize Mr. Greg Parker and his contribution that allowed us to name the College,” said Channell.

The celebration will be held at the Parker College of Business on March 8 at 2 p.m.
