There isn’t hardly an off-season for the GS football program. Spring practice for the 2019 season is already in full swing and there is no turning back.

The beginning of practice Wednesday started off with warm-ups and then the team went into one-on-one drills. Coaches drilled and players tackled as each side of the drill was hit with more and more energy.

Throughout the different periods of practice the field was never vacant. Each minute is used wisely and while defense is in one endzone, offense is in the other performing exercise after exercise, with special teams in the middle, to improve before next season.
