The 2019 Georgia Southern baseball schedule was released Monday and features several Power 5 opponents.

To open the season, the Eagles will travel to Alabama Feb. 15-17 to take on the Auburn Tigers who went to the NCAA Super Regionals in 2018.

After a three game series, GS returns home for the first of two games against Georgia Tech before hosting West Virginia for three games.

The following weekend, UGA comes to town for the annual in-state clash. The Bulldogs hosted the NCAA Regionals last season where they were upset by Duke.

Other non conference games include games against College of Charleston, The Citadel, Georgia Tech, Charleston Southern, UNC-Asheville, Mercer and Kennesaw State.
