After their big win over ranked rival Appalachian State, the Eagles moved up almost twenty spots in the CBS Sports 129 rankings.

GS, now ranked No. 35, is the top ranked team in the Sun Belt as Appalachian State falls second after they dropped over ten spots to be now ranked No. 37.

The Eagles started the season ranked No. 108, but they’ve more than proven themselves throughout the season, going undefeated so far in their conference and their only loss being to Clemson.

GS will be defending their undefeated Sun Belt Conference record this weekend as they travel to Louisiana to take on ULM this Saturday.
