Resident halls close on May 7

Vanessa Countryman, Digital Managing Editor

Residents of all resident halls are required to check-out of their rooms no later than noon on Saturday, May 7.

Failure to check out by noon will result in late check-out charges of $50 per hour.

However, there are a few exceptions:

  • Students who have been approved by their Graduate Resident Director (GRD) or Resident Director (RD) for participating in graduation (graduates or volunteers). These students may be granted an extension up until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12.

In order to be approved for these exceptions, residents must email their GRD or RD by May 6 at noon. The email addresses are available on Georgiasouthern.edu.

Resident Halls will host mandatory meetings regarding closing information.
