- According to Weather.com, Statesboro is experiencing winds of 26 mph and .37 inches of rain.
- According to AccuWeather.com, Savannah is experiencing wind gusts of 33 mph and a little over an inch of rain.
- As announced on the Georgia Southern website, “Your classes on Wednesday and Thursday will be held online.”
- Dining Commons will be closed all day Wednesday and will open back up at noon (12 p.m) on Thursday if weather permits.
- Also announced on the Georgia Southern website, “Statesboro Campus buses and the Intercampus Shuttle will not run Wednesday, Aug. 30 through 1 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31.”
