Have you ever been interested in owning a business or gaining knowledge on running one? If so, then you should consider joining Eagle Entrepreneurs.
Eagle Entrepreneurs is free to join and run by Business majors on campus to bring in like-minded individuals who are interested in modern business and entrepreneurship.
The club is open to all students regardless of age or choice of major. This club meets monthly at the Parker College of Business in room 1111. Membership is free, and they have free pizza.
“It’s open to everybody; anyone can join. We even have people majoring in computer science at our club,” said Miguel Carman, the club’s president. Carmen is also a senior at Georgia Southern, finishing his undergraduate degree in business management. “The club also brings in guest speakers who come to talk about personal development, business development, and leadership development.’
In addition, the club is hosting the Statesboro Business Expo in April 2025. This free event will feature many local businesses and investors to grow the Statesboro business community further. This event is a great way to network with local businesses and can help you communicate with business professionals. Carmen is also the event program manager.
