Branyan Towe

The SERVE912 Kickoff event is being held in the Russell Union Rotunda from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event features a prize wheel that you can spin to win prizes, including t-shirts and mugs.

One service activity allows you to make a card for local children that are in need. In addition, free cookies from Insomnia Cookies are available.

Coordinator of Community Engagement Jordan Wilburn says that the purpose of this event is to bring awareness to the local volunteer opportunities that are available.

There are 13 volunteer trips for students to go on every week. Those interested in volunteering can visit the Leadership & Community Engagement office located in Russell Union room 1056 across from Chick-Fil-A.
