Owner Pat O’Neal, Valdosta, Ga., brings Ole Times Country Buffet to the Georgia Southern community where Ryan’s once stood just a little over a month ago.

According to the Statesboro Herald, investing more than $200,000 in kitchen renovation, O’Neal is no stranger to the property business as he has experience in similar industries involving food and refreshments such as lounges, nightclubs and grocery.

The restaurant will be his tenth Ole Times Country Buffet while he runs nine other in surrounding locations like Brunswick and Macon.

While it seems as though he has a knack for conquer in the restaurant industry, O’Neal simply aims to open and keep open a consistent buffet brand for families. O’Neal hopes to have Ole Times Country open by Mother’s Day, May 8, the perfect day for family restaurants.
