Men of Color empowerment summit this saturday

The Men of Color Empowerment Summit will take place this Saturday in Russell Union beginning at 8 a.m.
MOCES is an interactive conference for all men of color, and will feature two keynote speakers.
Lois Enrique Negron, the breakfast keynote, is from Atlanta. He is a part of the United Way of Greater Atlanta Education. He was recently received the Mangham Sr. Mentorship Award by the Morehouse College National Alumni Association.
Umar Johnson will be the lunch keynote. He is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and holds a certification for school psychology. Johnson is considered an expert in the mental health of African-American children. He is also the author of a new book titled “Psycho-Academic Holocaust: The Specific Education and ADHD Wars Against Black Boys”.
The summit has an on-sight $15 registration fee for students, and a $20 fee for non-students. For more information, contact the Multicultural Student Center at (912)-478-5409.
