Brunching in the Boro

Savannah King

After a long week of school or work, the best way to kick off the weekend is brunch. Brunch is personally my favorite meal because it combines the best of breakfast and lunch into one meal.

Here are some of the best places for brunch in the Boro.

Del Sur Taqueria and Cantina

514 South Main St. Statesboro, GA.

From breakfast tacos to chicken and waffles, Del Sur offers a delicious variety of Tex-Mex Brunch options as well as traditional brunch options too!  They also switch up the average mimosa by offering different flavors such as pineapple and strawberry that pair great with their french toast bites.

Roundabout Cafe

8091 Burkhalter Rd, Statesboro, GA.

You can find Roundabout Cafe literally on a roundabout! This Cafe is truly a hidden gem here in Statesboro. Here you can find southern style home cooking.

My recommendation is to try the Roundabout Bowl!

Sugar Magnolia Bakery & Cafe

106-C, Savannah Ave, Statesboro, GA.

Sugar Magnolia Brunch options will leave your tastebuds dancing throughout the day. They offer unique brunch dishes that will leave you coming back for more.

They offer everything from breakfast waffle sandwiches to their delicious chicken quinoa bowls.

Next time you’re in there check out their coffee shop for a coffee that pairs perfect for brunch.

Three Tree Coffee Roasters

 441 S Main St #1a, Statesboro, GA

Three Tree Coffee Roasters is a great place to grab brunch on the go or to sit and brunch. They are known for their variety of coffees and specialty drinks, but their brunch is something to check out too. My recommendation is to try their CinnaBiscuit, it is a twist on the average biscuit that is sweet and savory!
