Ahh Valentine’s Day, it’s a day filled with chocolate, flowers, and of course, love. Here are a few tips to enjoying the day and handling some classic Valentine’s Day traditions.
Gift Exchanges: Giving a gift is a great way to express how you feel and make someone else feel special. It’s like another way of saying you love someone without saying the word love.Whether it’s for a romantic other or just a sweet card for a best friend to remind them how much you appreciate them everyone loves gifts. Don’t forget you can never go wrong without chocolate!
Being single: Being single on Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be “Single’s Awareness Day.” Buy yourself candy grams, chocolate, and make yourself feel loved by being your own Valentine. It’s always important to love yourself no matter what day of the year it is. Remember that you are single and fabulous, exclamation point, as Carrie Bradshaw would say.
Making Valentine’s Day Plans: Whether you plan on enjoying a heart shaped pizza while watching Netflix or having a romantic evening in Savannah with your boo thang Valentine’s Day is what you make of it.
