Breakfast
Take your breakfast to the next level with a complete pumpkin by adding this pumpkin pie French toast. Dessert for breakfast? Yes, please. Plus it’ll taste delicious with that pumpkin spice latte you were planning on getting.

– 1 egg
– ¼ cup milk
– ¼ canned pumpkin
– 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
– butter or syrup
1. Put out bread to be dipped
2. In a bowl mix together eggs, milk, pumpkin, and pie spice
3. Dip each side of bread in mixture
4. Cook each side of the bread in a hot and already greased skillet until brown
5. Once all bread is cooked add syrup/butter and you’re done

This light Pumpkin-Nutella dip only requires three ingredients and will make a perfect healthy and indulgent side to your lunch this fall.

– ½ cup of 100 percent pure pumpkin puree
– 1 8oz container of non fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1. Mix together the Nutella and Pumpkin
2. Combine mixture with Greek yogurt
3. Serve with graham crackers or anything else your heart desires

When it finally does cool down in Statesboro you can break out this pumpkin soup recipe to keep you warm and cozy.

– ¼ cup of diced onion
– 2 tablespoons of flour
– 1 can of chicken broth
– 1 can of 100 percent pumpkin puree
– ½ cup of applesauce
– ½ cup evaporated milk
1. Heat butter and onion in a medium skillet until soft
2. Add flour, broth, and pumpkin stirring until blended
3. Add applesauce and heat until boiling
4. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes
5. Add Evaporated milk and let simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stir occasionally
