As the search for Georgia Southern’s next president continues, listening sessions will be made available for all three campuses. Attendees can be from any campus at each listening session, but sessions were made to be accessible to anyone who wants to attend, hence why each campus has a listening session. Below are the dates and times of each session respectively.
Students will be allowed into the session from 1pm-2pm and the open portion of the session from 3pm-4pm. Faculty gets two sessions while staff also gets a session, with the 3pm-4pm session being open to everyone.
The Savannah session will be held on Tuesday, September 11. The session will be held in Burnett Hall, being in Room 125. The session is designed to to allow members from all levels of the university to speak with the Search Committee about their respective ideas and thoughts on GSU’s search for president.
If you cannot attend the event on Tuesday, you can take an anonymous survey here. Make your voice heard, the university wants that.
