We understand you have your color-coded calendars filled to the brim, because we do too. We know you can’t wait for the weekend to unwind and forget your responsibilities, because we can’t either. We get that you’re students, because we are too. We are all going through the best four (possibly five, six, maybe even seven) years of our lives — we need to make them count.
That’s where we come in.
In our pitch meetings, we commonly describe ourselves as “Cosmo meets Men’s Health and then stamp a picture of Freedom on the cover.” We are Georgia Southern University’s premier student lifestyle magazine written by students, for students, with the single goal to showcase the GSU experience.
We are here to deliver you relevant content. We’re not here to waste your time with things you don’t care about. You want to know what snacks to eat to keep your face from hitting the keyboard during a late night at “Club Hendy?” Done. Looking for some new music, but you’re very partial to a certain pop star? We might just have your new favorite artist waiting for you. Need your dose of Hogwarts because you are lost in this never ending pool of muggles? We have the answers to help you connect your daily Georgia Southern life to the wonderful world of Harry Potter. Our content reflects one thing — you.
This is just the beginning for us and we can’t wait to continue to be the mirror (too much?) of your extraordinary life at our beautiful university.
