On Monday, March 21st at 4:30 pm outside of the Student Union, an event was held by The Office of Multicultural Affairs and International Students Admissions & Programs, which is known as the “Holi Festival” and many other names in other languages in India.

The festival takes place on March 18th, celebrating the arrival of spring and the triumph of good over evil. The holiday originated primarily from Hinduism with celebration taking place all over India. More information can be found at https://www.holifestival.org/

The next planned event is taking place on the Statesboro campus on Georgia Avenue in front of the university store on Tuesday, March 22nd at 4:30pm.
