To the beaches, Georgia Southern students fled to have some much-earned fun after the first week of classes.
Friday, Aug. 18, 2023, the University Programming Board (UPB) invited students out to the South Beach Pier of Tybee Island for the annual Beach Bash.
Memory Littles, Director of Student Activities, said that 105 students opted to take the free shuttle that was offered. Free food and games were also provided to students alongside the opportunity to relax on the beach.
